The HNZ Security Program focuses on the principle of ‘security in depth’.
HNZ ensures that its aviation operations are conducted under the principle of ‘security in depth’ so that there is a cascade of procedures and practices, in accordance with regulation, to safeguard its aviation operations against acts of negligence and/or unlawful interference.
In the interests of client service, all security controls and procedures are designed to be both effective and to cause the minimum of interference with, or delay to, HNZ operations provided the effectiveness of these controls and procedures is not compromised.
