Quality is a characteristic that is inherent in all aspects of Helicopters New Zealand operations.
Quality is defined as conformance to requirements - in this regard HNZ works with our clients and suppliers (both external and internal) to define and agree on requirements. Risk management and prevention strategies within our Quality Assurance Program ensure these agreed requirements materialize.
At a management and operational level, the HNZ team actively participates in developing, implementing and continually improving our Quality Assurance Program (QAP). This ensures that our contracts are delivered safely and effectively, and further more installs the essential elements of our QAP into key Company areas.
