An overview of HNZ's governance structure.


HNZ Governance

The HNZ Group is wholly owned by Canadian Helicopters Group Inc., the largest helicopter transportation services company operating in Canada, and a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. The responsibility of governance of the HNZ Group resides with the board of directors of each of the companies, and management of the HNZ Group is the responsibility of the HNZ management team. 


The HNZ Group comprises of the following operating companies:

  • HNZ New Zealand Limited - located in Nelson, a town in the South Island of New Zealand

  • HNZ Australia Pty Limited - located in Western Australia

  • HNZ Lao - located in Lao

  • Helicopters (Cambodia) Pte Limited – located in Cambodia
